It was a beautiful full moon night
I had a lot to think about
I took a walk by the River
I had to get it right.

It has been 14 wonderful years
We had a lot of fun
It wasn't about the bowling
Because we hardly ever won.

She sang about our 'motto'
If You Ain't Winning You Ain't Having Fun.

A weekly video of our game
Was viewed wide and far
Our fan base grew so much
We all felt like a movie star.

We saw bowlers come and go
Everyone tried their best
But the point was to have fun
Although we tried to beat the rest.

Retirement had to come.

Hot Shots End 14th Year of Fun!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

It has been quite a run.  The Hot Shots have finished their 14th season of bowling at Taylor Creek.  It was their worst season as we are a bunch of Losers and Not Having Fun.  We will win  nothing at the banquet this Saturday.  A first for the infamous professional bowling team.

The Caper had to buy the Free Beer on his last night bowling with the Hot Shots.  How sad.

The Captain won his 8th Free Beer of the season and he is enjoying it even when he folded like a cheap suit in the second game and lost the two points by 1 pin.

Hot Shots Now In 5th place and Moving On UP!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

It was a cold night when the infamous professional bowling team known as the Hot Shots arrived at Taylor Creek.  We were bowling Les Heroes who were in last place.  There was no way we could take 7 points from a bottom feeder so we let them have two points and we took 5 points on our way to the gold.

The Captain led the way as you can see him drinking his free beer in the video while Loser Hal serves it to him.

The gold is going to be ours come April.

The New Year Starts With A Frost Quake!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Tuesday Night At Taylor Creek started with a Frost Quake and not an Earthquake.  Playing the Fire Balls should have been great with their poor bowlers but it didn't happen.  We only won the last game and two points.

Hot Shot Pete, on his way to Florida, was kind enough to serve a Free Beer to Dan The Man.  Check them out.

The Captain was down with the stomach bug but under his leadership all year he has taught the Hot Shots to bowl.  They did him proud and got 5 points to set our plan for the gold in April.

Yes, we did it, we are out of Last Place where we don't belong.  We got 4 points last night and the Gutterpals got 5 and that meant we made it by half a point.  Now the second part of the season starts next week and we will go for the Gold.

Last Resort Lives Up to Her Name.

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Hot Shot Hal was sick and couldn't replace Hot Shot Pete who was out of town.  It came down to the last bowler we could ever have roll for the infamous professional All Male bowling team known as the Hot Shots.  Last Resort showed up for the first time this year rolling to an average of 131 from last year.  Check her out.

The Hot Shots are in last place and only have two weeks to go to get out of the basement.  Can we do it?

From Hero to goat.  Last week he was drinking Free Beer and now he is serving the Captain with his Free Beer.

Caper and Dan The Man were back to get us 5 points on the night.  We are still in last place.

Caper Ray and Dan The Man were missing in action attending Remembrance Day services and Hot Shot Pete couldn't roll because of his new eye.  We ended up getting 5 points.

We Have Last Place Secured!

In three nights we have only won one game - two points and now we are in Last Place.  The mighty infamous professional All Male Bowling Team is no more.  Some heads are going to roll if we don't start our climb to the top for the Gold at Christmas.

The Anchor Position Has Changed!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Not only did the Caper, the Acting Anchor for the last few weeks,  lose the Anchor Position to the Captain he was the worst bowler on the night and had to serve the Captain a Free Beer.

No wonder he has his eyes closed.

With not getting a point on the night I have nothing else to say.

Zero Points For The Hot Shots!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Hotettes you are letting down the team, if you know what I mean.  We played the worst team in the league and didn't get a point.  The only thing that was good is that the Captain had his Free Beer served by the Acting Anchor Caper.  How sweet it is.

We Were Good But They Were Better!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Is it something I said?  All I said to the lowly Blow Pins at the start was that we were going to be nice to them and only take five points from them instead of the usual 7.

Three Hot Shots were up to the task and as a team we were 65 points over our average but the Blow Pins went crazy.  We wore them down in the third game but it was touch and go who would serve the Free Beer to Hot Shot Alain.  One Hot Shot was 33 points under his average and one was 35 points when it was all added up by the certified accountants.

Hot Shot Alain is happy anyway.

The Hot Shots Start 14th Season!

Hi Hot Shots & Hotettes,

Another season has started on Tuesday Night At Taylor Creek.  Every Hot Shot & Hotette have made a commitment to their beloved Captain Hot Shot to follow his leadership to win the gold.  The Hotettes have renewed vigor to help their Hot Shot, if you know what I mean.

The first night The Caper won the Free Beer but he didn't want to be in the video as he had nothing to say.  Imagine, the Caper had nothing to say.  Last night Hot Shot Hal, filling in for Hot Shot Pete, was the top Hot Shot with 108 pins over his average.  Hot Shot Gord S. filled in at the last minute for Dan The Man and was happy to serve him his Free Beer.  Check out the first video of the season.
